Refund Policy

At GugguandGuggi, we put love and care into every product we create. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility

• We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
• To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the product and packaging.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized/customized products
• Items bought during special sales or clearance
• Digital products (if any)

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
• In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.

Replacement Policy

• If you prefer, we can send a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
• Replacements are processed only for damaged/defective products reported within 48 hours.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the error is from our side (wrong product), we will cover the return shipping charges.
• If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong address, not liking the product, etc.), shipping costs will not be refunded.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as they haven’t been processed/shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
